I would be grateful if you could publicise the Severn Institute Multi Professional Generic Skills Programme to your StRs and SpRs. The programme consists of 9 modules. As you would expect the earlier modules are aimed at junior trainees and the latter ones such as Leadership and Management are aimed at senior trainees coming to the end of their CCT. The course is funded centrally (\u00c2\u00a350 per trainee per module) and therefore the delivery of the modules is free at the point of delivery and held on a variety of dates commencing in October in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol North Academies. Trainees who sign up for the modules and fail to attend will be penalized by having to pay \u00c2\u00a350 for their next module. Details of the programme are available on the Regional NHS Managed Learning Environment (MLE). We are also conducting a pilot with doctors.net<\/a> where three of the modules as an adjunct are also available as an E – Learning package.
